We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without prior return authorization.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess and address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
We apologize, but we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take additional time to process and post the refund.
